Emily & Harrison were wed in a small courthouse ceremony, then headed to Harrison’s family home for a joyful and intimate in-home marriage celebration. They welcomed in their new marriage surrounded by family and their dog, Artemis.

This family luncheon brimmed with life and joy! The families catered lunch from a Chinese restaurant near Cary — which also happens to be MY family’s favorite place around.

Artemis, Emily and Harrison’s dog, couldn’t be left out of the party. Check out the cutest little cake topper in her honor! Pretty accurate, isn’t it?

After lunch, Emily and Harrison headed outside for some sweet portraits. An explosion of confetti marked the end of their joyful in-home celebration, and the start of their marriage. Emily and Harrison, thank you for inviting me into your elopement & celebration; what a joy!
